Appointments & Consultations
We see all patients on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment,
please call (845)
298-7888. Please ask that you call in advance, so that
you can make an appointment at your convenience. (We have Saturday morning and
late evening hours as well as emergency long-range paging service for immediate
appointments.) Depending on availability of appointment schedule, we can set
a time for you on same day or next day.
Cancellations
If you are
unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least
48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to
give your appointment to another patient.

Please check with your insurance company if a referral from your primary
healthcare physician is necessary.
Emergencies
We are available 24 hours a day. In the event of an emergency, call the office
and the answering service will promptly forward your message to your doctor.
You will receive a response as quickly as possible.
Fees and
Payments
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical
care. Co-Payment is required at the time of your visit. We will send all claims
to the insurance company. Patients are required to know if they have any deductibles,
co-payments and or unpaid balances prior to their visits. Patients without insurance
may pay for office visits according to our reduced fee schedule at the time
of visit.
